The Roles of Stewardship

Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.

Henry Ford

The communities in which you live, learn and play shapes us. For the most part, you cannot choose your family members, but you can choose your other associations. Engaging in a group learning environment is a great advantage because students and parents have the privilege of spending dedicated learning time with others who have similar intentions and priorities. This association leads to a variety of “players” within the educational experience.

Each of these players serves in their own separate stewardship. In past educational models, the proper responsibilities of each role have been misappropriated or forgotten. The following is a discussion of each of the potential players and their rightful roles and responsibilities.
